Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservation requests
• Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
