Summary We are seeking a dedicated Host/Host to join our team at Antonio's Real Italian Pizza in Parma. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Provide menus and inform guests about specials. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Support the overall guest experience by providing excellent customer service. Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality. Qualifications Previous host/host or food service experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus. Knowledge of POS systems (Aloha or Micros) is beneficial but not required. A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
