Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists when necessary Escort guests to tables and provide menus Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service flow Process payments and handle transactions as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capable of carrying trays and lifting up to 25 lbs
