Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly and professional, with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local area. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling payments, maintaining records, and keeping the front desk area clean and organized, checking guest in and doing night audit. this postion is for 3rd shift 11pm to 7am and

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs. Maintain accurate records of guest information. Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area.
