Hotel Front Desk/ HSKP

Job Summary The Lolo Lodge is looking for a Front Desk Agent / HSKP dual position- a crucial role in the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services at our hotel- The Lodge in Lolo. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently, as well as a love for the outdoors in a semi-remote location. Duties Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to assist guests effectively. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information to callers as needed. Assist with cleaning rooms as needed. Skills Background in hospitality. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. •Our compensation package includes lodging for our team mates at exceptional low rates - starting at $300 per month for fully furnished all utilities included.
