Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Manager, where you will lead the front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This vital role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily front desk activities, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel staff. Your energetic approach will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. As a key ambassador of our hotel, you will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of hospitality. Your leadership will drive operational excellence while creating memorable stays for every guest. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication Supervise front desk staff, including training on hospitality management practices and guest relations strategies Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by promoting hospitality standards and fostering guest relations at all times Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and guest services Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Experience with night audit procedures and handling guest relations in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining a lively, energetic approach to hospitality Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
