WHAT YOU WILL DO

Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, adapting to any changes as needed. The Night Auditor oversees all cash, credit, and debit postings, completes nightly audit reports, and ensures the accuracy of daily transactions. This role is also responsible for providing excellent guest service overnight, answering phones in a professional manner, verifying guest registration information, calculating room payments, and maintaining a safe and welcoming front desk environment. You'll help ensure guests have a satisfying and enjoyable stay—even while the hotel sleeps.
