Hotel General Manager Confidential Enid, OK 73701 Up to $60,000 a year - Full-time Up to $60,000 a year - Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence. As the driving force behind the hotel's success, you will coordinate departments, optimize revenue, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and staff engagement. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and cost control measures. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and expense control to meet financial targets while maintaining quality standards. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to provide a secure environment for guests and staff. Cultivate positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures and manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to ensure smooth communication channels. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams across multiple departments. Knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring, training, and employee engagement strategies. Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing revenue-enhancing initiatives within a resort or hotel setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.
