Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface disinfecting Care for floors through proper sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning techniques to ensure a spotless environment Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas, including toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to sanitation, safety, and customer service at all times Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet maintenance Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment as needed Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional cleanliness standards Familiarity with custodial supplies and equipment used in industrial cleaning environments Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join us in creating memorable experiences by ensuring our hotel remains a clean, safe, and welcoming space.
