Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment. Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels to enhance guest comfort. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of all surfaces. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of equipment. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment. Previous hotel experience or custodial experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
