What You'll Do:

Maintain Immaculate Spaces:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold our impeccable standards. Attention to

Detail:

Ensure that all rooms are spotless, well-stocked, and equipped with essential amenities, creating a cozy and comfortable environment for our guests.

Guest Interaction:

Provide courteous and friendly service, addressing guest requests and special instructions with professionalism and care.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What A Typical Day Looks Like:

Start Times:

Housekeeping starts at 9AM Monday-Friday and 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Each day starts with a Team Rally Meeting for 5-10 minutes.

Assigned Boards:

Each of our amazing housekeeping team members is assigned a list of rooms to clean. This list is typically between 10-12 rooms per person, but could be more/ less depending on occupancy fluctuations. Additionally, one to two public areas are assigned to be cleaned so the whole hotel can be refreshed daily for guests.

Duration of Day:

Our budget for room times is 30 minutes per room, so being assigned 10-12 rooms per day, you can plan on working for about 6-6.5 hours. This can be different. Our goal is to have all rooms cleaned by 3PM. Want more hours? We welcome any additional help in laundry if you would like to get more hours!

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required - we're willing to train the right candidates. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
