Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to meet hotel standards. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to ensure high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely room turnover. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, and hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
