Hotel Housekeeper

Hotel Del Mar is hiring for a Housekeepter to join the team . The hotel is centrally located with easy freeway access, just off Del Mar Heights Road/Via De La Valle with beautiful ocean views. General Responsibilities Smile, acknowledge and greet guest in passing in rooms, hallways and other public areas Clean guest rooms which include making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, gathering and emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture and fixtures, and vacuuming Use approved chemicals and cleaning products in accordance with policies Replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linens and terry in accordance with company standards Achieve productivity and quality standards for cleaning rooms and baths Ensure furniture, fixtures, and equipment are clean and in working order to meet standards; submit maintenance work order requests as necessary Respond to guest requests for additional supplies and amenities Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy Report lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures Perform work duties in accordance with company safety and security policies and procedures as well as OSHA regulations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior hotel experience preferred Bilingual with Spanish a plus Ready to be part of an awesome team? for consideration.
