In this vital role, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting, contributing directly to an exceptional guest experience. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to the highest standards Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational spaces Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing to keep all surfaces looking their best Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort at all times Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to create a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles Experience managing custodial tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects our commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
