Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and replenishing supplies Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair and report issues promptly Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment Utilize industrial cleaning equipment when necessary for large-scale or specialized cleaning projects Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control and maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and buffing Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly desirable for understanding guest service standards Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
