Job Description

Materials specialist role focused on material flow, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination to support on-time manufacturing delivery. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office with Excel Knowledge of material flow, scheduling, or supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment Experience working with production schedules and delivery timelines Understanding of change control concepts Ability to work with material planning systems and ERP platforms SAP-PP knowledge for production planning and scheduling Preferred Skills Manufacturing experience Experience with SAP-PP in a production planning environment Experience with scheduling in a manufacturing environment Experience with legacy material planning systems such as CWIS Experience supporting service parts fulfillment Recent graduates with relevant education and computer skills Job Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the flow of materials through the manufacturing supply chain Ensure materials are available to support assembly, service, and inter-factory operations Support on-time delivery and production schedule execution Work with cross-functional teams to maintain supply chain communication and coordination Use SAP-PP to support scheduling and delivery performance Develop and implement schedules in a manufacturing environment under tight lead times Support change control activities related to material planning and supply chain adjustments Work with legacy material planning systems such as CWIS to support service parts fulfillment
