Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with precision and care Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces immaculate Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort at all times Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction Support the overall cleanliness and organization of storage closets and housekeeping carts for efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel experience is a plus!
