Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure our property is safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times. This role is responsible for performing general repairs, conducting regular inspections, and overseeing maintenance projects to enhance the overall quality and comfort of our hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Conduct regular inspections of the property, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize guest inconvenience. Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with management and contractors for larger maintenance or renovation projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, supplies used, and issues resolved. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with hotel standards and local regulations. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance, facility management, or a similar role. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
