We are seeking a proactive and reliable Hotel Maintenance Worker to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This vital role involves maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our property through hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility management. The ideal candidate will bring a good eye for details with some electrical experience, painting, caulking, and communication skills to help keep our hotel running smoothly while providing exceptional service to our guests. Join us in creating a welcoming environment where comfort and safety are always prioritized! Duties Perform painting all around the property, inside and outside. Walkthroughs and checks on property lighting, emergency exits, stairwells, elevators for repairs Bathroom repairs such as caulking, toilet and sink repairs. Keeping the exterior clean and in perfect condition. Conducting preventative maintenance on the guest rooms Work closely with housekeeping and manager on duty for work orders Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to guest repair requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within hospitality, manufacturing, or residential settings. Strong detail for caulking and bathroom repairs Leadership skills are essential for coordinating tasks efficiently. Skilled in residential painting, carpentry, welding, and general repairs to uphold facility standards. Must be a team player Must be organized and neat Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and effective team collaboration.
