This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Multilingual abilities and hotel management knowledge are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational efficiency during night shifts. Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing and revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously. Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments. Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during night hours. Prepare daily reports for management regarding occupancy, revenue, and other operational metrics. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and managing reservations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively. Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software is desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail. Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous. Must be adaptable, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently during night hours.
