Hotel Night Auditor

Job Overview Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure our guests experience seamless service around the clock. In this important role, you will oversee overnight operations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain the integrity of our hotel's financial and administrative records. You will create a welcoming environment for all guests & visitors during this shift as well as work closely with other operating departments. Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while reconciling daily transactions. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests with their needs. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Support guest services by providing local information, assisting with special requests, and fostering a hospitable environment throughout the night. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of front desk procedures and guest services. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse clientele. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong organizational skills to manage night audit processes accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Knowledge of hotel safety protocols, security procedures, and guest relations best practices.
