Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, revenue reports, and hotel transactions to ensure financial accuracy Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with guest inquiries Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety checks, and managing access to restricted areas Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and daily summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Skills Strong background in hospitality management with prior hotel or resort experience preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Proficiency in front desk operations, including reservation systems and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management procedures, night audit processes, and security protocols Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor in person and over the phone Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
