Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, working
EVERY OTHER
weekend to ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant resort. In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face and vigilant guardian of our hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls as needed with excellent phone etiquette Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to uphold high standards of guest relations and satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety checks around the property, and managing access control for staff and guests Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational transparency and accountability Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or facility issues that arise during your shift Uphold hospitality management standards by delivering exceptional customer service in a multilingual or bilingual environment when applicable Experience Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
