What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain immaculate surfaces. Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold housekeeping standards and enhance guest experiences. Manage laundry services efficiently, ensuring linens and towels are clean and available for use. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing janitorial duties. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Preferred qualifications Previous hotel experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
