Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our hotel and prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Your energetic approach will help drive sales, coordinate bookings, and support administrative functions that keep our hotel operating smoothly. Responsibilities Manage incoming inquiries via multi-line phone systems and email, providing prompt and professional customer support. Coordinate group bookings, event arrangements, and room reservations with attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and booking confirmations using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Assist with office management duties including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management to ensure smooth daily operations. Support the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and promotional materials with excellent attention to detail. Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently while maintaining organizational skills and time management. Skills Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Experience with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and calendar management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele. Knowledge of clerical practices including proofreading, filing systems, and document management. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
