Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, professional team member to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel during peak hours. This role is primarily focused on guest safety, property monitoring, and maintaining order in public areas, while also assisting with light houseman duties. Responsibilities Monitor hotel hallways, pool areas, entrances, and outdoor spaces. Help maintain a calm and respectful guest environment, including noise and crowd control. Provide a visible and professional presence throughout the property. Assist with keeping public areas clean and organized. Refill towels and supplies in guest-accessible areas. Pick up litter and support overall property appearance. Qualifications Reliable, observant, and professional attitude. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay calm and handle situations respectfully. Comfortable walking the property regularly and working independently. Previous hotel, security, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
