Duties Safely operate trucks, trailer and other commercial vehicles equipped to complete timely deliveries. Ensuring items are secured properly for transit. Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during delivery appointments. Manage route schedules proactively to optimize delivery times and handle any unforeseen delays promptly. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections throughout each shift. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues immediately. Experience Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar commercial driving role involving trucks, trailers or heavy vehicles. Familiarity with route driving, GPS navigation, and managing multiple deliveries efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a big one.
