Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, eyelash extensions, makeup application, waxing services, lash tint and lift, and eyebrows to meet client needs Conduct body waxing sessions with precision and professionalism to ensure client comfort and satisfaction. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their experience. Provide deep tissue massage services to promote relaxation and wellness. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure a positive experience. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs. Experience Proven experience as an esthetician or cosmetologist with knowledge of skincare treatments and techniques. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and waxing is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a spa or salon setting. Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on benefits and usage. Experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare environment is a plus.
