Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to restore surfaces to their best condition. Manage kitchen duties by cleaning appliances, counters, sinks, and ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines while managing multiple residential cleaning assignments daily. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep tasks as needed for clients' convenience. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry services and custodial responsibilities preferred. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety protocols to ensure effective and safe operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple homes.
