House Cleaner/Keeper

About Us:

AfterGlow Cleaning LLC is a growing, women-owned cleaning company serving the Connecticut shoreline. We specialize in residential homes and Airbnb turnovers, and we take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results—not rushed or surface-level cleaning. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding job. Our team works in multiple homes per day, and attention to detail matters in every single one.

What We Offer:

$20/hour (W-2) with weekly pay Tips from clients Monthly "Spin the Wheel" bonuses (gift cards, PTO, gas cards, etc.) Yearly raises based on performance Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Paid training 401(k) retirement plan All supplies and equipment provided You will be: On your feet for most of the day (bending, scrubbing, lifting, moving quickly) Cleaning multiple homes per day with a team or independently Expected to follow a detailed checklist and complete all tasks fully Working in homes with pets (cats, dogs, etc.) This is a great fit for someone who: Likes staying busy and moving quickly Takes pride in doing things thoroughly the first time Can stay focused without constant supervision

Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication Willingness to undergo a background check Must be dependable - attendance and punctuality are critical Availability between 8am-6pm (at least 3+ days per week, including some mornings) Comfortable working around pets We are looking for team members who are: Detail-oriented and do not cut corners Able to work at a steady, efficient pace Reliable—showing up consistently is non-negotiable Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team This is not a good fit for someone who: Struggles with physical work or fast-paced environments Needs constant direction to complete tasks Has unreliable transportation or inconsistent availability Why Join AfterGlow Cleaning?
