House Cleaners/Commercial Property Cleaners

Overview WestWay Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for residential properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning techniques and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly valued. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each property Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Assist with basic cooking tasks if required by clients or as part of special service packages Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective results while adhering to safety guidelines Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is preferred Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry services is highly desirable Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial procedures is beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients Familiarity with various cleaning tools and products used in both residential and commercial settings This position requires a reliable individual committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
