House Cleaning Crew

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced house cleaner with a crew of three to five people to clean beach rentals. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our residential cleaning team, ensuring homes, town homes, and high-rise condos are spotless and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will create a comfortable environment for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love making spaces sparkle, we want you on our team! Pay is set and based on the size of the units cleaned by you and your crew. What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of beach rental homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, changing bed sheets and making sure linen counts are correct in each unit. Inspect units that have been cleaned by your crew with a keen eye. Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and procedures including going back to cleaned units to fix any complaints as needed. Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete cleaning assignments within scheduled timeframes. Communicate with the office of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or client feedback to management. Basic qualifications Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Able to lift 30 to 40 pound linen bags and be on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in rental cleaning or janitorial services. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices.
