Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. This role is essential in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, particularly within hospitality or institutional settings. Prior experience in cleaning and custodial services is highly valued, and a strong work ethic is essential for success in this position. Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain high standards of floor care, including carpet cleaning and waxing as needed Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or staff Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to proper procedures for industrial or janitorial cleaning tasks Follow established protocols for health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for all staff and visitors Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Prior hotel experience or experience in hospitality settings is preferred Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning procedures Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting(50 LBs, bending, and standing for extended periods Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment while developing skills within the hospitality or custodial industry. Pay:

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
