$1,908.00 Job Overview We are hiring a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Camden, ME . Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care within LPN scope of practice Monitor resident conditions, record vital signs, and perform assessments Administer medications, injections, treatments, and wound care Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility) Maintain accurate and timely EMR/EHR documentation Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Experience & Skills Experience in LTC, SNF, Nursing Home, Rehab, Assisted Living, or Geriatric Care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills EMR/EHR documentation experience a plus Requirements Active LPN License BLS Certification (AHA preferred) Ability to work 12-hour Days shifts LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Jobs, Days Shift LPN, Travel
