Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and maintaining hygiene protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' requests promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; perform minor maintenance or report issues as needed. Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures to ensure a consistent quality of service. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and janitorial equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
