College Grove, TN Description The Grove Club, located just outside Nashville and minutes from historic Franklin, is a 1,100-acre gated community offering a distinctive private club lifestyle dedicated to providing exceptional member services and the most comprehensive amenity and recreational offerings in the region. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our Team. The Housekeeper will assist the team with cleaning and organizing multiple onsite locations within The Grove. Locations include, but are not limited to restrooms, locker rooms, lobbies, dining areas, kitchens, and offices. Typical working hours for this position: 6am - 2:30pm. Weekends, Holidays and occasional evenings are rotated amongst the team. Essential Functions Responsible for cleaning and maintaining organization of the Manor House, Kids Club, Sports Centre, Tennis Area, Pool Areas, Smokehouse Pavilion, On Course Restrooms/Comfort Stations, Bridge Bar and MTSU Golf Centre. Other areas may also require attention. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and polishes floors; vacuums hallways, stairs, and office spaces. Shampooing of carpets and buffing/polishing of floors must be completed periodically, which will require the use of mechanical equipment. May perform routine equipment maintenance and make minor repairs. Cleans light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window coverings. Cleans, changes, and replenishes linens. Empties, cleans, and lines trash and garbage containers; disposes of trash in designated areas. Replenishes supplies (e.g., hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, etc.) in each area. Occasionally moves furniture and sets-up tables and chairs. Required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per company and manufacturing instructions. May drive a golf cart or other vehicles. Stays well groomed, looking professional, clean, and appropriately fitted in compliance with the club's standards. Follows and enforces health, welfare, and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests and fellow team members. Performs additional duties as assigned.
