Overview Join our growing team at Magnolia & Marble Cleaning Services as a Residential Cleaning Technician and help create clean, peaceful, and welcoming homes for families throughout Austin and the surrounding Hill Country areas. We are a women-led, family-owned company focused on high-quality, detailed cleaning with a personal touch. This is a W-2 employee position, not independent contractor work. We provide paid training, cleaning supplies, equipment, and opportunities for growth within the company. We are currently hiring by service zones to help reduce drive time and create more efficient schedules for our team. Applicants who live near the areas they service are strongly encouraged to apply. Duties Perform detailed residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and overall home upkeep Complete deep cleans, recurring maintenance cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and Airbnb/STR turnover services according to company standards and checklists Maintain high sanitation standards while using company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and properly Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members at all times Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards Assist with laundry tasks, linen changes, and restocking duties for STR and Airbnb properties when needed Conduct walk-throughs of homes to ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly before leaving the property Maintain organization of cleaning supplies, equipment, and company materials throughout the workday Follow scheduling, routing, and assigned service zones to help create efficient travel and consistent service areas for cleaners What We Offer Starting pay of $16/hour with opportunities to earn more through tips, bonuses, and gas stipends 100% of tips go directly to cleaners Performance bonuses and attendance incentives available Gas stipends available for qualifying routes and travel Paid training provided with ongoing support and development All cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company Opportunities for advancement and growth as our company continues to expand Consistent scheduling within designated service areas when possible Supportive team environment with leadership that values quality, professionalism, and work-life balance Experience Previous residential, hotel, hospitality, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently throughout scheduled cleans Comfortable performing physical tasks including bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to communicate professionally and positively with clients and team members Comfortable working in homes with pets and children Willingness to learn company systems, cleaning methods, and quality expectations through paid training Join a company that values hard work, integrity, and quality service while creating beautiful, clean spaces our clients truly appreciate.
