Housekeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to support the daily operations of our vacation rental properties. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness, responsiveness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in a job well done, and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment. DUTIES As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the following duties: Execute daily cleans and assigned tasks on time while meeting quality standards and expectations of the company. Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Experience teams to address and fulfill guest needs. Perform various types of cleaning tasks as assigned, including: Departure Cleanings

• Thorough cleans between guest stays Tidy Service
• Mid-stay refreshes and general tidying Towel/Linen Refreshes
• Restocking and changing of towels and linens Deep Cleans
• Periodic intensive cleanings of properties Report maintenance issues using proprietary company app Communicate with Engineers and Houseman to ensure all guest and owner needs are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure it's tidied before the end of each shift.

Efficiently prioritize tasks and complete work within scheduled timeframes while maintaining company standards Knowledge of cleaning techniques and methods for different materials Safe handling of cleaning products and materials Detail orientated and thorough Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to perform consistent work to the highest of standards

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 20lbs Able to stand for long periods of time Able to kneel, bend and crawl Able to squat and crouch Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
