Lahaina Therapeutic Aide

Arc of Maui County is a non-profit agency actively supporting programs and services that assure full inclusion and participation in the community throughout life with Residential, Home & Community Based, Adult Day Health and Employment Services for individuals with disabilities. We are actively seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable applicants to support adults with Special Needs to meet their goals, increase their independence and improve their quality of life! Two positions available in a Residential Program in Lahaina (Napili):

FT Shift:

Overnight sleep staff Sun-Thurs 9p-8a (40hrs) •sleep hours between 9p-5a are paid at a reduced rate

PT Shift:

Tues 2-8p, Wed 2-9p, Thurs 2-8:45p (19.75hrs)

FT Benefits Include:

PT Benefits Include:

Retirement w/match, New Hire and Referrral Incentive ($100ea.) Duties include: supporting individuals to increase independence in activities of daily living and teaching skills in accordance with individual goals, transporting individuals into the community for recreation & social activities or medical appointments.

Applicant requirements:

Valid Driver's License, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain). Please email resume or work experience.
