We specialize in high-standard cleaning for residential homes, professional office spaces, and fast-paced Airbnb turnovers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows strict safety checklists, and understands the importance of creating a pristine environment for our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Execute efficient Airbnb turnovers , ensuring the property is guest-ready according to specific host requirements. Maintain professional standards for office cleaning, focusing on common areas and high-touch surfaces. Follow company protocols, including completing safety checklists and taking before-and-after photos of every job. Manage supply inventory and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately. Requirements & Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions/checklists. Reliable transportation to travel between job sites in the local area. Excellent time management skills, especially for timed turnover cleanings. Professional demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments for carpets and hard floors. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident needs promptly and professionally. Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control and scheduling support. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpets and hard floors. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience with hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment operation; certification in carpet cleaning or specialized cleaning methods is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
