In this energetic role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm, expertise, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features confidently to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of each model. Negotiate deals effectively, balancing customer needs with dealership objectives to close high-end sales successfully. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress systematically. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize dealership revenue. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients, prospects, and team members. Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new customers. Collaborate with sales support teams and management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales environments. Excellent organizational skills for inventory management, CRM updates, and follow-up scheduling. Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills for accurate deal calculations and inventory control. Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective communication abilities—public speaking experience is advantageous. Ability to handle cold calling confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of automotive products, inventory management systems, marketing strategies, and dealership operations is desirable.
