Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to support residents' comfort. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards. Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly desirable; hotel housekeeping experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and janitorial procedures enhances your ability to perform effectively. Proven skills in laundry management and floor care demonstrate versatility in housekeeping responsibilities. Experience with carpet cleaning equipment or housekeeper management systems is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations ensures compliance across all cleaning activities.
