Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels in accordance with established standards. Restock room amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and other supplies to enhance guest comfort. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold facility standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning schedules and exceed guest expectations consistently. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with custodial equipment management and housekeeping management principles is a plus. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
