Housekeeper Executive

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Housekeeper Executive to lead our housekeeping team with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, laundry services, and custodial tasks to maintain pristine environments. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold company standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance. Implement and monitor safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and equipment use to promote a secure work environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to address special requests or urgent cleaning needs promptly and efficiently. Develop staff schedules that optimize coverage during peak times while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping or custodial services within the hospitality industry. Extensive janitorial and commercial cleaning experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards. Background in hotel or hospitality management is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with laundry operations, custodial procedures, and hotel cleanliness standards is essential. Prior experience in managing inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment is preferred.
