Team Lead Cleaning Technician

We clean short-term vacation rentals, residential, and commercial properties along with post construction sites. We are looking to hire and develop leaders. Are you a detailed and dependable individual who gains pride from a job well done? If so, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading FreshTrippin staff on daily tasks, duties and dispatch Managing issues in the field appropriately, and independently from management when able Cleaning in and around residences, vacation rentals, or commercial building spaces Transporting linens to and from vacation rentals; washing, drying and folding as needed Use of our field service management smartphone app (Breezeway) for scheduling and job details Use of our team communication app for getting in touch with staff and/or management regarding properties/tasks Performs additional generalized duties as needed

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

Because we service vacation rentals, weekend cleaning/turnovers are common. During the week and on weekends, our cleaning workday is generally 9am-5pm, but sometimes those hours may be extended. We have commercial accounts for those who prefer to work evenings as well. We can work with a range of availability scenarios, but _ please note _ this position is expected to work all Sundays . The critical thing for us is consistent availability, and dependability to show up for your scheduled times. FreshTrippin is closed and staff does not work on the following holidays: Thanksgiving , Christmas Day,New Years Day, and Easter

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly rate for this position starts at $21/hour with the potential to get up to $24/hr based on experience and performance. This job includes paid training. New hire training rates are typically $1-2 less than the base pay rate after training is complete. Regular pay increases based on performance (not seniority) Bi-weekly pay schedule Commissions on referrals 401K with a match offered after 90 days

Can consistently clean efficiently and leave a high quality of satisfaction with our clients Finds "fun" in the process of cleaning and doing a job well done Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, but also able to delegate tasks and manage the team in a leadership role Clear and consistent, above average communication skills Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible and reliable Must have smartphone with active service and the ability to interact our scheduling app Must have your own transportation with an active license plate and vehicle insurance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
