Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment Qualifications Prior experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of residential or commercial cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Skills in laundry management and floor care procedures including carpet cleaning Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in professional settings Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating pristine environments that enhance comfort and satisfaction. Pay:

$14.00 - $14.50 per hour
