Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and window washing to enhance property appearance Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to promote a healthy environment for clients and team members Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; hotel or housekeeping background is a plus Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning procedures, and floor care methods Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners.
