Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential homes and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-presented. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for guests or residents. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor. Provide carpet cleaning services when required, maintaining the quality of carpets in residential or commercial settings. Assist with cooking or meal preparation as needed in residential environments. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Respond to guest or resident requests promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to sanitize various surfaces and use appropriate cleaning products safely. Experience with carpet cleaning equipment is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
