Housekeeping and Laundry Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities while ensuring that laundry services are performed to the highest standards. This position is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry items efficiently. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services. Experience Previous experience in a housekeeping or laundry role within a hotel or similar environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
