$17-20 per hour based off experience Position Overview The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of Flatrock Motorclub facilities. This role helps create a welcoming and elevated environment for members, guests, and team members by ensuring all assigned areas are consistently clean, organized, and properly maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and passionate about creating clean, welcoming, and luxury-level environments. This position requires a flexible and varying schedule based on club operations, member activities, and Track Day events. Employees should expect shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours depending on the event calendar and operational needs of the Motorclub. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain club facilities including restrooms, offices, lounges, dining areas, locker rooms, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas throughout the property Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, towels, and other housekeeping inventory Remove trash and recycling from designated areas Maintain cleanliness standards during events, Track Days, and high-traffic member activities Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly Assist with setup and breakdown of events, meetings, and hospitality spaces as needed Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment Support overall facility presentation by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent member and guest experiences Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with members and guests Behavioral Competencies Luxury-Level Attention to
